Frequently Asked Question

Since you have a Google account, you can use this to sign into our support ticket system.

These are steps.

1. Go to the support system homepage at https://tuki.norttipaikalle.fi

2. Click on "Sign in" in the top-right corner.

3. Click on the "Sign in with Google button"

4. Follow the prompts from Google

-> You can click on [ Continue ] here.

You will be returned to the support system where you will be able to see your tickets, reply to them, and open new ones.

5. Click on "Tickets" in the top-right, or one of the two buttons.  In this case, the user has no tickets.

Support requests are also handled by easily email.  Messages will be sent to you by the system, and you can reply to the as you would any other email.
